Launch of an eGovernance Initiative

Finally I am back as promised earlier. The delay was due to a major eGovernance launch and I had to ensure that the services are released on time.

An aggressive time line was set and we were able to release a major eGovernance program covering 50 eservices in record time (less than 1 year!!!!). In the next few articles, I plan to write about my experiences in navigating this initiative that involved several stages and encountered several crisis situations.

This will also involve things related to technology, culture, budget, IT strategy, Execution, etc..
So expect me to be back in next few days to key in with my musings on this initiative.
